By purchasing a digital item or physical item with MCOIN currency through your official MCC Wallet or with real physical USD fiat currency you receive full and complete ownership rights that are identical in every respect under the Matrix Code Copyright Ecosystem. This official document serves as binding proof that whether the buyer, client, collector, trader, or owner of digital files chooses to complete the transaction using MCOIN digital currency processed exclusively through a verified MCC Wallet or elects to pay with actual physical United States USD fiat cash, the resulting ownership transfer grants the exact same comprehensive rights, protections, and legal standing within the MCC system. The MCC Ecosystem is designed as a complete self-sovereign framework for copyrighting, collecting, owning, licensing, trading, and protecting digital items and assets, providing creators, collectors, and participants with real verifiable paperwork that surpasses traditional automatic copyright systems by delivering tangible offline documentation, hash-based fingerprints, visual matrix certificates, and permanent provenance tracking for every transaction.
MCC ECOSYSTEM PURCHASE POLICIES, RULES & DETAILED INFORMATION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS
All sales conducted within the MCC Ecosystem are final, absolute, and non-reversible with no returns, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, disputes, or exceptions permitted under any circumstances, whether the payment is completed with MCOIN digital currency through your MCC Wallet or with real physical USD fiat cash. This policy applies equally to every type of participant including individual clients making their first purchase, dedicated collectors building personal archives of 1-of-1 unique digital assets, active traders exchanging items within the ecosystem, and long-term owners of digital files who seek permanent protection and provenance for their collections. PerDay Digital Assets, which represent time-stamped unique daily creations or limited collection pieces, grant the buyer full and permanent ownership rights immediately upon successful payment confirmation. In contrast, fixed-price purchases of physical or digital assets are explicitly offered for copying and licensed reproduction rights only and do not transfer full ownership of the original asset, which remains with the creator under MCC protection; buyers of copy licenses receive a separate receipt confirming only the right to reproduce the asset under strict MCC terms while the original ownership and copyright stay protected by the original holder.
